How it works

Pack it up
Place the items and the packing slip back into the original packaging and shipping box, in the condition they arrived in. Remove or cover the old shipping label.

Ship it back
Once your return is registered you have three business days to bring the package to the post office. Please note that return postage isn’t covered by us.

Get your refund
We’ll email you as soon as your parcel reaches us. The purchase amount is refunded to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

- Unworn, unwashed and in original condition
- Tags still attached
- Registered within 30 days of delivery
- Packed in the original packaging where possible
Can’t be returned
- Sale items — these are final sale
- Gift cards, which are non-refundable
- Anything worn, washed or damaged after delivery
- Swimwear and underwear, for hygiene reasons
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? Start an exchange in the same portal and we’ll get the right piece on its way.
